Dear Ones,
There comes a moment—sometimes a whisper, sometimes a storm—when life invites you to pivot.
Maybe it’s in your career. You’ve spent years climbing the ladder only to realize the view from the top feels empty.
Maybe it’s in a relationship. You’ve been holding it all together, carrying more than your share, and suddenly you see how heavy it’s become.
Or maybe it’s internal—an ache you can’t ignore anymore. A quiet knowing that the life you’re living no longer matches the truth of who you are.
And in that moment, you face a decision:
Do I keep pushing through out of loyalty, fear, or habit?
Or do I choose something different—something uncertain but aligned?
Let me be clear about something, love:
Pivoting is not failure. It’s freedom.
It’s not weakness. It’s wisdom.
It is one of the bravest things you can do.
In a world that celebrates staying the course at all costs, it takes radical courage to say, “This is no longer for me. I am allowed to change.”
I know what it’s like to pivot.
I’ve walked away from roles that no longer fit the woman I was becoming.
I’ve released relationships I prayed would heal, but never did.
And each time, I grieved. I questioned myself. I doubted.
But on the other side of every pivot, I found something priceless:
myself.
You don’t have to know what’s next. You just have to know this isn’t it.
The power of pivoting lies in your willingness to honor your growth.
To stop performing a life and start living one.
To release the shoulds and step into your sacred “could.”
If you’re at a crossroads—professionally, relationally, emotionally—I want you to know:
You’re not crazy. You’re waking up.
You’re not broken. You’re breaking through.
Your pivot may be messy, misunderstood, or met with silence. Pivot anyway.
Because what you choose today could be the beginning of everything you’ve been waiting for.
And if you need support as you take that brave next step—I’m here. This is the work we do inside The Courage Gym.
We rewrite life stories with truth, tenderness, and tenacity.
With love and fierce belief in your becoming,
