At The Courage Gym, we are committed to providing exceptional coaching services to our clients. We understand that circumstances may change, and sometimes a refund is necessary. Please review our refund policy below:

1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Coaching Packages: Refunds are applicable to coaching packages (e.g., monthly, quarterly, or annual plans).
  • Individual Sessions: Individual coaching sessions are non-refundable.

2. Refund Process

  • Cancellation within 7 Days: If you decide to cancel your coaching package within 24 hours after purchase, you are eligible for a full refund.
  • Beyond 7 Days: After the initial 7 days, refunds will be prorated based on the remaining unused coaching sessions.

3. How to Request a Refund

  • To request a refund, please email our customer support at thecouragegym@gmail.com with the subject line “Refund Request.”
  • Include your full name, package details, and the reason for the refund.

4. Refund Processing Time

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date of your request.
  • We will issue refunds via the original payment method used during the purchase.

5. Exceptions

  • Emergency Situations: In case of unforeseen emergencies or extenuating circumstances, we will consider exceptions to our refund policy.
