Effective immediately and indefinitely, Coach Tracy is unable to take on clients who are employed by Rochester Regional Health System. This decision is rooted in several key considerations:

- Professional Boundaries: Our coaches adhere to clear professional boundaries. By refraining from coaching RRHS employees, we prevent any overlap between personal relationships coaching dynamics and the free life coaching services that Rochester Regional Health offers as part of their employee wellness program.
- Impartiality: Our commitment to unbiased coaching means that we avoid any affiliations that could compromise our ability to provide objective guidance. Excluding RRHS employees ensures impartiality.
